6. Delivery of Digital Products

  • Upon successful payment, the digital Product (e.g., activation details, account credentials, or license keys) will be delivered to the email address you provided during checkout.
  • Delivery is typically completed instantly or within a specified timeframe (up to 24 hours in exceptional cases, depending on the complexity of the service like Meta Verified setup or FB page boost fulfillment).

7. Refunds and Returns

As our Products are digital and instantly delivered (e.g., VPN access, Gemini AI keys), they are generally non-returnable. Refunds are only issued in specific circumstances as meticulously outlined in our separate Refunds & Returns Policy. By purchasing a Product, you explicitly agree to the terms set forth in that policy.
